Civil Rights Compliance Non Discrimination Policy Statement Letter

This statement is for all Employees hired at our organization stated above

An open and equitable personnel system will be established and maintained at this facility at all times. Personnel policies and practices will be designed to prohibit discrimination on the basis of race,color, disability,ancestry, sexual orientation, national origin (including Limited English proficiency) , age or sex. Employment opportunities – Shall be provided for applicants with disabilities and reasonable accommodations shall be made to meet the physical or mental limitations of qualified applicants or employees. Any employee/volunteer/family who believes they have been discriminated against may file a compliant of discrimination with any of the following

( Investigation turnaround/processing time will take no more than 30 days from date of written complaint) . Final Conclusion to take place no more than 2 weeks after the determination has been rendered from the investigation . Final conclusion for the offending employee may be in the form of making the employee take mandatory sensitivity training, engaging in a 1 on 1 discussion with the Administrator on what must occur with the employee to avoid re-occurrence of the discriminatory act/acts, Or the employee may be suspended for an amt. of no less than 5 days w/o pay or will be terminated .If the offence final conclusion needs more attention than at the facility level and cannot be resolved the employee/family/volunteer has the right to seek further consul regarding the discrimination claim.
